Debarshi (“David”) Das is a strong advocate for the clients of Michigan Injury Lawyers. His practice focuses on personal injury, no fault, slip and fall and general civil litigation. Before representing plaintiffs, David represented the insurance companies that he now fights against. He uses that insight to help advocate for and obtain the best results for his clients. David prides himself on being able to connect with clients of all backgrounds and determined to provide them with the highest standard of legal representation.
David grew up in Michigan and attended Michigan State University. He relocated to northern Virginia to attend law school at George Mason University School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Association and was an editor for the school’s National Security Law Journal. David began his legal career in Virginia, litigating in courts across the State. He recently moved home to Michigan and is excited to continue his career with Michigan Injury Lawyers.
David lives in Bloomfield Hills with his wife and dog. When he is not advocating for his clients, he enjoys going to the gym and travelling. David is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and Oakland County Bar Association.
