D. Kyle Bierlein
Kyle Bierlein is a strong advocate for the clients of Michigan Injury Lawyers. He is determined to provide clients with the highest standard of legal representation possible in the areas of personal injury, slip and fall, no fault and general civil litigation. Kyle prides himself on his drive and passion for justice.
Kyle’s strong character is rooted in his childhood upbringing. He is the son of an Army veteran father who served in the military during the Vietnam War and his mother was a school teacher. Kyle’s upbringing taught him to be patient, compassionate and have a strong attention to detail, while also always standing up for the greater good. He brings all of these qualities to Michigan Injury Lawyers every day. He enjoys helping those in need, and is always available to the clients of Michigan Injury Lawyers through every step of the legal process.
Kyle earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Oakland University, where he graduated a member of the School of Business Administration Scholar Program. Shortly thereafter, Kyle received his Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School. While attending Wayne Law, Kyle was a member of the Wayne State University Moot Court Team and recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. During law school, he was the Chief Law Clerk for the Michigan Attorney General’s Office assisting with cases involving child abuse and neglect. After graduating from Wayne State University Law School, Kyle worked as a Judicial Attorney with the Wayne County Circuit Court where he advised judicial officers on the proper course of action on legal matters before the Court.
Kyle lives in the metro Detroit area with his wife and children. When he is not fighting for his client’s rights in and out of the court room, Kyle enjoys playing hockey and spending time in Northern Michigan.
